Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of josephnp.com and related public webpages operated under the JosephNP name (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. JosephNP Is Currently Pre-Launch

JosephNP is currently developing a healthcare service.

The present Site is intended primarily to:

• Provide information about JosephNP
• Explain anticipated services and features
• Allow potential users to learn about JosephNP
• Measure interest in the service
• Allow visitors to request information or early access

Unless JosephNP expressly states otherwise, the public Site is not currently a patient portal, telehealth platform, medical-record system, clinical intake system, or method of receiving medical treatment.

Information concerning anticipated pricing, services, availability, technology, states served, or launch dates may change.

2. No Provider-Patient Relationship

Viewing the Site, clicking a button, completing an early-access or interest form, joining a mailing list, communicating through a general website form, or otherwise interacting with the public Site does not establish a provider-patient relationship with JosephNP or any healthcare professional associated with JosephNP.

A provider-patient relationship may be established only through an appropriate clinical process after healthcare services are available and a healthcare professional has agreed to provide care.

3. No Medical Advice

Content on the public Site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes.

It is not individualized medical advice and should not be relied upon as a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, prescription decision, or substitute for evaluation by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Do not delay obtaining appropriate medical care because of something you read on the Site.

4. Medical Emergencies

JosephNP's public Site is not an emergency service.

Do not use the Site, email, an early-access form, or a general contact form to seek emergency medical assistance.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate care from an appropriate emergency medical service.

5. Age Requirement

The current Site and early-access program are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

By submitting personal information through an early-access or contact form, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

6. Do Not Submit Medical Information

General website forms, early-access forms, email addresses, and marketing communications are not intended for submission of medical records or confidential medical information.

Unless JosephNP expressly provides a system for clinical communications, do not submit information such as:

• Detailed symptoms or medical histories
• Diagnoses
• Medication lists
• Prescription information
• Medical records
• Laboratory or imaging results
• Insurance information
• Social Security numbers
• Other highly sensitive medical or identifying information

Submission of information through a general Site form does not constitute a request for medical treatment.

7. Early Access Does Not Guarantee Services

Joining an early-access, waiting, or notification list does not guarantee:

• Acceptance as a patient
• Availability of healthcare services
• Availability in your state
• A particular launch date
• A particular appointment time
• Any particular price
• Eligibility for a particular type of visit
• A prescription
• A refill
• A laboratory or imaging order
• A referral
• A diagnosis
• A particular treatment or medical outcome

Healthcare services, once available, will be subject to appropriate clinical judgment, licensure requirements, applicable law, and JosephNP's then-current clinical policies.

8. Pricing and Service Descriptions

Any pricing, visit types, examples of conditions, or service descriptions shown on the pre-launch Site are informational and may be changed before services become available.

Displaying a service or price does not constitute an offer or promise to provide healthcare.

Not every health concern is appropriate for telehealth or for a particular type of visit.

9. Communications

If you provide an email address, JosephNP may send communications you requested or agreed to receive.

Marketing emails will include opt-out mechanisms where required by law.

If JosephNP offers text-message updates or marketing communications, consent to receive automated or marketing text messages will be obtained separately where required.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing healthcare services.

Communications sent through ordinary email or SMS should not be used for emergencies or for transmitting sensitive medical information unless JosephNP specifically identifies the communication method as appropriate for clinical use.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to the JosephNP Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy describes information that may be collected through the Site, including the potential use of cookies, analytics, advertising technologies, and other service providers.

11. Accuracy of Website Information

JosephNP intends to provide useful and accurate information, but the Site is under development.

Information may be changed, corrected, removed, or updated without notice.

We do not guarantee that every description of a future service, feature, integration, price, availability date, or operating process will ultimately be implemented exactly as described on the pre-launch Site.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to, or rely upon, websites, applications, platforms, or services operated by third parties.

JosephNP does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, or terms.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate agreements between you and those providers.

13. Intellectual Property

The JosephNP name, branding, Site design, graphics, text, software, and original content are owned by JosephNP or used under appropriate permission, except where otherwise indicated.

You may use the Site for personal, noncommercial purposes.

Unless otherwise permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, scrape, modify, interfere with, or reverse engineer protected portions of the Site without authorization.

14. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Site to:

• Violate applicable law
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with the Site's security or operation
• Introduce malware or harmful code
• Impersonate another person
• Submit fraudulent or intentionally misleading information
• Harvest information about other users
• Abuse automated interfaces or overload Site infrastructure

JosephNP may restrict or terminate access to protect the Site, its users, or its systems.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

JosephNP does not warrant that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that all information on the Site will remain current.

Nothing in this section limits obligations that cannot legally be disclaimed.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JosephNP and persons acting on its behalf will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the public Site.

Because the public Site is not currently a mechanism for obtaining medical care, you should not rely upon the Site for urgent or individualized medical decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. Availability by Location

The Site may be accessible from locations where JosephNP does not provide healthcare services.

Accessing the Site does not mean that JosephNP is licensed to provide healthcare to you or that healthcare services are available in your location.

The availability of future clinical services will depend on provider licensure, applicable law, clinical appropriateness, and other requirements.

18. Changes to the Site or These Terms

JosephNP may modify the Site or these Terms as the business and services develop.

When these Terms are materially revised, the effective date above will be updated.

Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
