I like to understand the reasoning, options, and tradeoffs behind the decisions we make. Phone visits are for conversations.

Sometimes you want to be in and out - you're busy, we get it. Other times, you want to discuss and understand the thinking. Let us know ahead of time so we can shape the visit around you.

Text-based visit requires that the problem be simple, like medicine refills that you have been on for a long time, or a runny nose.



Video visits can be used for anything but must be used for anything that the NP must see including joints for joint pain, skin issues, abdominal pain.



Phone calls can be used for anything not needing visualization.
